Age: Candidate age at least 18 years and not more than 40 years (as on 1st, January 2020). The upper age limit relaxation as per govt. policy.

| a) And Degree from the Govt. recognized University. |
| b) Six (6) months Diploma/ Certificate in Computer. Experience -like MS Window. Excel. power point. DTP (English/Assamese) and Internet data processing etc |
| c)Eligible Candidates must be a holder of vocational training / certificate or National Trade Certificate in Stenography (English) in Shorthand from a recognized institution |
