Assam Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Department has released an advertisement notification for the posts of 221 Veterinary Field Assistant vacancy.

Post Name: Veterinary Field Assistant (VFA)
Total posts: 221
Pay: Per month wage Rs. 14,000/- 60,500/ + Grade Pay of Rs. 6,200/- plus other allowances.
Age: All the candidate minimum age 18 years and maximum age 40 years as on 01-01-2020.
Age Relax able:-
(i) Five years for SC/ST candidates i.e. up to 45 years.
(ii) Three years for OBC/ MOBC candidate i.e. up to 43 years.
Educational Qualification: Candidate shall have to pass Higher secondary passed (Science stream) with Biology as one of the subjects and also have to complete the 1 (one) year certificate course in elementary knowledge of Veterinary Science from the recognized school of “School of Veterinary Science & Animal Husbandry” established by the Govt. of Assam at Ghungoor, Silchar.
Interested candidates could apply in normal kind as per half IX of the Assam Gazette for application along side testimonials and a self self-addressed envelope affixing stamp of Rs. 5.00 for communication.
