Assam Police is inviting applications for recruitment to the post of 35 Platoon Commander posts.

TOTAL POSTS - 35 + 5 [Male: 29, Female: 11]

Pay: Per Month Rs. 14000- 49000 (Pay Band No. 2) + Rs. 8700

Age: Candidate should not be more than thirty eight (38) years and less than  Eighteen (18) years of age as on 01/01/ 2020.

Relaxation: Upper age limit is as per govt norms :-

(i) 5 years in respect of candidates belonging to SC, ST (H) and ST (P).

(ii) Three years in respect of candidates belonging to OBC or MOBC.

Educational Qualification: Eligible candidates must be a graduate in Arts, Science, Commerce or equivalent stream from a recognized College  or Institutions affiliated to a recognized University

Other Qualification: NCC ‘B’ Certificate / Home Guards Training Certificate.

How to apply:  Go to online through SLPRB website (www.slprbassam.in). Only online applications will be received with effect from 23-March-2020 and the last date of receiving applications will be 11-April-2020 15-June-2020.

The candidates who did not apply earlier in pursuance to advertisement dated 19-March-2020 due to non completion of graduation (minimum Educational Qualification) at the time of advertisement or other reasons, can submit online application w.e.f. 17-Aug-2020 to 26- Aug-2020 through SLPRB website www.slprbassam.in.

However, the candidates who applied earlier in pursuance to advertisement issued on 19-March-2020 need not to apply again.
